 Lakeshore Marina is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dock Hand to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of marina services by assisting boaters, maintaining facilities, and upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in an outdoor environment. 

•  Assist customers with docking, launching, and securing boats.
• Safely fuel vessels and follow proper fuel-handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of docks, marina facilities, and fuel stations.
• Assist with the check-in and check-out process for rental boats.
• Ensure compliance with marina safety regulations and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address boater inquiries professionally.

•  Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Prior boating or marina experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
